Parking
The hotel is located outside the restricted traffic zone, which means
that there are a number of parking options available to you and

Airport transfers
We are able to arrange transfers to and from the airport to the
hotel.
You will be met by a driver. If you require a translator or a member
of the hotel staff to meet you please advise us.
Translation Services
We will be happy to provide an interpreter for business meetings
or tours. Rates start from $30 per hour. English/German/Italian/French/
Russian . Other languages are also available.
We can offer a telephone support service for when you are out and
about and require assistance or translation in a difficult situation.
Internet
Internet connection from your room is complementary. We have both
a hard wire and a wireless system which are compatable with most
PC and Macs.
Mobile phones
We can arrange for a local mobile phone or a pay as you go sim card
that will slip into your phone.
Guided Tours & Protege Service
Allow one of our staff to arrange a tour of the city for you.
